Ashtanga Yoga

This class will take you through the primary series of Sri K. Patabi Jois. The primary series in the Astanga system is a challenging practice that will build strength, focus and stamina. It is designed to open up the front and back lines of the body and prepare the practitioner for the more advanced postures of the intermediate series. The Intermediate Series introducs students to more challenging back bending and arm balancing sequences. Challenging and fun! Check it out!
