At the Studio

  • New students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class to fill out a new student form and discuss any health concerns with the instructor.

 

  • Try not to eat for at least two hours before class, unless your health condition requires you to.

 

  • Turn off your cell phone or leave it at home. Take this time to be away from your daily life.

 

  • Wear light-weight, layered, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.

 

  • Shirts are required for both men and women.

 

  • You may want to bring water and a small towel.

 

  • Yoga is practiced in bare feet.

 

  • All yoga classes consist of a warm up, active practice, and a relaxation period.

 

  • Unless otherwise noted, all classes are ongoing.

 

  • Newcomers and drop-ins are welcome.

 

  • Plan on staying for the entire class. If you must leave early, please inform your instructor prior to class start.
