Learn techniques and moves to help you shake off stress when it arrives. You will explore simple yoga movements to release the spine and calm the mind. Special breathing techniques will help you ground the mind and alleviate stressful thought patterns. Quick and easy guided meditation and imagery patterns will assist you in maintaining ease in times of stress. All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
