Yoga offers the tools to begin, maintain and increase your physical well being, allowing you to achieve results on and off the golf course. Yoga allows you to enhance your golf performance for both body and mind. The practice of yoga incorporates flexibility, strength, balance, core conditioning, and breathing awareness, teaching focus, relaxation and visualization techniques. The postures presented in this yoga program are picked to meet the special needs of the golfer. Relaxation techniques are used to quiet the overactive mind and teach visualization tools, essential for golf performance. Instructed by Kathleen.
