Asana and Anatomy
2nd Monday of each month, 9:30 am Beginner class
On the Second Monday of each month, the 9:30am Beginner class lead by Stacey Munoz will be offering a special class variation called Asana and Anatomy. Stacey will be focusing on a basic anatomy lesson related to the asana practice during this class period. Stacey has extensive training in functional anatomy and has taught anatomy classes at Blue Sky Massage School and at the Bay Area Yoga Center.
All levels are welcome to attend.
