17th Anniversary Celebration

Included in our celebration will be free morning classes, music, a raffle and potluck. We will be giving away gift certificates for free yoga classes, DVD's, items from other area businesses and more. The schedule of classes for this morning of fun and celebration is posted below:

8:00 - 9:45 am      Flow Yoga Class Intermediate
8:00 - 9:45 am      Flow Yoga Class Beginner
10:00 - 11:00 am   Gentle/Yin Yoga Class
10:00 - 11:00 am   Breath and Meditation Session

Pot luck to follow with music and merriment.
