Join Mardi Halvorsen RYT500 in this informative series of pre-natal yoga sessions. These classes are designed for pregnant women, or women who are planning a pregnancy and their partners. The workshop will cover yoga postures that will aid in preparing the body for labor and delivery. It will also provide breathing techniques for focus, relaxation and energy. Relaxation and stress releasing postures will be introduced to assist the women through their pregnancy. Partner participation is not required, but encouraged. These classes are suitable for every level of fitness and yogic experience.
Fee $40 for the 4 weeks. No extra fees for partners.
