Join Fern as she leads you through a deeply nourishing session of guided meditation known as Yoga Nidra. The new moon ushers in energy of beginnings and starting fresh which pairs well with the practice of Yoga Nidra as it encourages a release of old patterns, working instead toward creativity, new ideas and inspirations. Starting with gentle yoga poses to stretch the body, we will come into a supported, comfortable savasana for approximately one hour while stress, anxiety and the fight or flight response melt away. In this relaxed state you are more able to connect with the deep calmness within allowing you to ‘plant’ whatever intention or resolve you have set for yourself this month. All are welcome!
