This fun interactive six-week program will teach you everything you need to know about basic yoga postures and breathing exercises so you can start a simple but effective practice in your home and have the confidence to sign up for any class you’d like in the future.
Social distancing and guidelines will apply to these sessions. Space is limited to 8 members so join today!
You’ll learn:
- Proper position and alignment for the foundational postures of yoga
(such as: downward dog, plank, cobra, warrior, mountain, and tree pose)
- Breathing practices to relieve tension, move energy through the body,
and help you focus on the present moment
- How to deepen your practice with props
- How to increase your mental concentration and sharpen your focus
- The basic anatomy of body and breath
… as well as how to create your own daily practice that will increase your strength, energy, and focus, while decreasing your stress!
