CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All of our regular in-person studio classes are also offered live-streamed virtually. Please pre-register for all classes HERE.

Classes are broken down into 3 levels, Beginner, All Level, and Intermediate Level.

Beginner level classes are for those who are new to the practice of yoga with little to no experience. The class will usually start with some relaxing breathwork and move into warming up the body with basic yoga postures. Participants will be taught the proper alignment of the posture and be allowed to move at their own pace.

All level yoga is a style of yoga practice that is more challenging than beginner level yoga, but less challenging than an intermediate yoga. All level yoga classes and sequences typically consist of more intricate poses and variations, increased pacing, and more sustained and deeper holds but are suitable for a beginner or advanced yogi.

Intermediate level yoga classes are designed for more experienced yogis with a very solid understanding of basic yoga postures who are comfortable performing more advanced poses. The advanced-intermediate student practices yoga regularly and has begun to master connection of breath with movement.
