Yoga Nidra with Theresa

Join Theresa the 2nd Wednesday of each month in a relaxation and meditation class!
Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxation technique that uses guided imagery taking you into a deep “yogic sleep.” You will reach a deep state of consciousness. Yoga nidra can aid in reducing stress and anxiety, improve sleep, increase vitality and help build your immunity. Take this quiet journey inward to stillness as Theresa guides you through the practice. All you need to do is lay down, get comfy and follow the words of meditation as they take you to awareness sleep. All the usual yoga props and blankets, bolsters, and blocks will be used. You are encouraged to bring any blankets, pillows or other props to help you get comfortable and to relax.
