Mindful Flow: Dristi/Bhandas/Breath

This class is designed to explore and integrate the more subtle aspects of yoga within the vinyasa flow asana practice. You’ll delve into the core principles of:
- Dristi (focused gazing) to cultivate concentration and presence
- Bhandas (energy locks) to support stability and strength
- Pranayama (breath control) to harmonize mind and body
These principles will be woven into the vinyasa yoga postures and practiced as standalone techniques, both on and off the mat. This session is ideal for students with some prior yoga experience who are eager to deepen their understanding and practice.
