Join us for a fun and interactive six-week program designed to teach you the essentials of yoga. This course covers basic yoga postures and breathing exercises, equipping you to practice confidently at home and feel ready to join any yoga class in the future.

Whether you’re new to yoga, a recent graduate of a beginner’s course, a casual practitioner, or even a yoga teacher, this course is perfect for you. Come learn and refine your skills in a welcoming environment!
