Sitting Schedule for Fall 2018: Saturday morning @ 7:00am-7:45am
The session begins with a brief direction on sitting for those with little or no experience. A 25-minute meditation session, followed by a brief period of chanting. The last portion of the session is open for discussion with a brief talk.
