This yoga program is specially designed to introduce you to the practice of yoga asana in an organized and accessible manner. The Beginner’s Guide to Yoga Movement leads yoga newbies through a 6-week journey through the foundations of yoga in a safe & welcoming environment. After completion of the course, you will have the necessary knowledge and skills to confidently enjoy general yoga classes. Recommended for all new and experienced yoga practitioners!

We will guide you step by step through each class, focusing on:
• breathing techniques.
• healthy movement and alignment for the joints in the foundational postures of yoga asana.
• use of props and blankets
• concentration and focus of the mind.
Students will learn basic anatomy of the body and breath. This class is uniquely designed to work with students of all ages, body types and varied degrees of flexibility.
Prerecorded program is available to all enrolled in the program.
