Please join Maria Williquette, yoga teacher, and psychotherapist, for this special workshop designed to deepen your ability to connect with self, with others, and with a spiritual practice.

Maria blends current scientific knowledge about the nervous system with attachment theory from the field of psychology and infuses this intellectual information with deep practice and philosophy from yoga.

Expect thoughtful movement perfect for all levels of practitioners, ample time for meditation and self-reflection, and some group work to practice being in connection with others.

We will move and breath for most of the workshop in a slow, deep, yoga practice.
