- New students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class to fill out a new student form and discuss any health concerns with the instructor.
- Try not to eat for at least two hours before class, unless your health condition requires you to.
- Turn off your cell phone or leave it at home. Take this time to be away from your daily life.
- Wear lightweight, layered, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
- Shirts are required for both men and women.
- You may want to bring water and a small towel.
- Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
- All yoga classes consist of a warmup, active practice, and a relaxation period.
- Unless otherwise noted, all classes are ongoing.
- Plan on staying for the entire class. If you must leave early, please inform your instructor prior to class start.
