These flow yoga series was developed by Ganga White from the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA, and the flow sequences of Sri K. Patabi Jois of India. These fluid vinyasa practice is designed to restore and strengthen the entire body. Emphasis is on the breath with movement. This is a fun class for all. Be prepared to sweat! We do not turn up the heat of the room: you light your own fire within.
