This fun interactive six-week program will teach you everything you need to know about basic yoga postures and breathing exercises so you can start a simple but effective practice in your home and have the confidence to sign up for any class you’d like in the future.

Whether you are new to yoga or looking to refine your skills with a current practice this is the course for you! This class allows brand new students, current graduates from the beginner’s course, yogi’s who have dabbled a little bit into a yoga practice, or even yoga teachers to drop in and LEARN!
