5:30 pm to 7 pm
Enjoy a calming and restorative flowing yoga class with Kathleen Kelly. This class will focus on opening your heart center. We will access our compassion through breath, movement and guided meditation. Gong Meditation will end the class. Yummy chocolate and a lovely glass of wine will follow the event. Non-alcoholic beverages and tea will be available. All are welcome.
Regular class fee $10.
