Chakra’s are considered to be 7 major energy centers in our body that are associated to particular parts of our body and associated with our spiritual advancement. They are like our power sub stations. Each week focuses on one of the seven Chakras. Each class will start out with learning about a specific Chakra, then applying what you’ve learned and integrating physical practice as well as breath techniques to balance that Chakra. Class will conclude with a take home handout of how to continue to work and balance that Chakra at home until the next class when we’d move to the next Chakra.
