Dristi, Bhandas and Breath!

Join Kathleen Kelly E-ryt500 at Yoga Hut in Howard for a fun night of deepening practice. The core practice of Ashtanga yoga is hidden in the use of energy locks, breath and eye gazing. In this informative class you will learn and combine these practices to make your yoga movements light and energetic! We will be following the sequencing of asana found in the flow practice of Sri K. Patabi Jois. All are welcome to attend. Some experience in yoga practice will be most useful. FEE $40. Contact Jessica at Yoga Hut to register.
