Yoga, Zen and Pen

Join Theresa Stinski RYT200 for a relaxing class evening of meditation, yoga and writing just for women. We’ll begin with breath work and set an intention to guide us through the class. Halfway through we’ll pause for some writing, or feel free to journal as the need arises. We’ll end with some meditation/yoga nidra, then more time for writing. We’ll close by sharing insights, writings or thoughts that have come out of the practice. Bring a journal, pen, shawl and an open mind. $10 or class card
