At the Studio
| New students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class to fill out a new student form and discuss any health concerns with the instructor. |
| Try not to eat for at least two hours before class, unless your health condition requires you to. |
| Turn off your cell phone or leave it at home. Take this time to be away from your daily life. |
| Wear light-weight, layered, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. |
| Shirts are required for both men and women. |
| You may want to bring water and a small towel. |
| Yoga is practiced in bare feet. |
| All yoga classes consist of a warm up, active practice, and a relaxation period. |
| Unless otherwise noted, all classes are ongoing. |
| Newcomers and drop-ins are welcome. |
| Plan on staying for the entire class. If you must leave early, please inform your instructor prior to class start. |
