At the Studio

New students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class to fill out a new student form and discuss any health concerns with the instructor.
Try not to eat for at least two hours before class, unless your health condition requires you to.
Turn off your cell phone or leave it at home. Take this time to be away from your daily life.
Wear light-weight, layered, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
Shirts are required for both men and women.
You may want to bring water and a small towel.
Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
All yoga classes consist of a warm up, active practice, and a relaxation period.
Unless otherwise noted, all classes are ongoing.
Newcomers and drop-ins are welcome.
Plan on staying for the entire class. If you must leave early, please inform your instructor prior to class start.
